Abiding: Depending On Him

Pastor Steve Hoadley presented, “Abiding: Depending on Him,” during which he referenced John 15, in which Jesus tells us that we need to abide in Him because without Him we can do nothing. We, as followers of Christ, are the branches, but Jesus is the Vine on Which the branches must depend in order to produce the Spiritual fruit that is necessary to spread God’s Kingdom and glorify God. As Steve pointed out, if we miss the main thing, then we miss the whole thing. Jesus wants to be our Main Thing. Only when He is, are we living the lives that bring glory to God.
