Update from Ben & Kristy Williams

Williams Update

“Last time we wrote, we were living in our car for 47 hours on the Ukraine-Polish border. On February 27, we arrived in Czech Republic. Josiah Venture has its European headquarters here and have graciously allowed our family and other JV Ukraine staff wives/kids to live and serve at their hotel. Some of our teammates are serving at a similar hotel set up in Poland, an hour away. Many of our Ukrainians are still in UA. While all our hearts are aching for home, God has helped us to set up quite an operation from here…”

Equipping Youth in Ukraine

Ben and Kristy Williams attended Fellowship Alliance Chapel before they first served as high school students in the Czech Republic with Josiah Venture’s English camps in 1997. They later led short-term high school teams from South Jersey to The Czech Republic for camp ministry. During these summer trips, they felt God calling them into full-time missions. In January 2007, Ben and Kristy Williams moved to Lviv, Ukraine. After serving as camp directors and in a local youth group for several years, they began to lead the Josiah Venture Ukraine team in 2011.

Today, Ben and Kristy serve in a dynamic local church, train the youth of Ukraine, volunteer with the Department of Education, and teach and equip leaders across Central and Eastern Europe. Their children attend local schools and enjoy their unique life as third-culture kids.
