Staff Directory

For even as we have many members in one body, and all the members don’t have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
(Romans 12:4-5)

Glory McCoy

Glory McCoy grew up in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She graduated from Liberty University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in History.

Glory joined the staff in May of 2022 as the Next Gen Coordinator. She provides administrative, operations, and event support to the Next Gen Pastor, Zach Hummer, in high school and young adult ministries. She is most excited to be a part of the Next Gen team and hopes that people will grow into spiritual maturity from high school to young adulthood and have a desire to know the Lord and pursue Him and the truth found in His word.

Through her work, Glory hopes that students and young people will feel loved by their church community, encouraged in their walk with the Lord, and prepared to defend and share the gospel with others. She is passionate about learning and pursuing the truth found in God’s word. She loved being a part of the high school Bible study and encouraging our students to read and see for themselves what the truth of the Bible is and to challenge the perspectives they hear at school or in the world.

Glory currently lives in Medford with her parents, Seth and Jenny. She has two brothers, Judah and Silas.

My favorite verse is Romans 8:38-39 which says, “For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” I love this verse because it proudly proclaims the sovereignty of God and the truth that the power of His will remains unshaken by anything in the universe. It is also encouraging to us as believers that nothing can take away the gift of grace, which we do not deserve and has been given to us by a holy God through Jesus’s finished work on the cross. It is one of those essential truths which can be easy to forget when things are not going my way but by revisiting this verse, I am humbled and reminded of my eternal security which is in His hands.
