Staff Directory

For even as we have many members in one body, and all the members don’t have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
(Romans 12:4-5)

Pastor Erik Jarvis

Pastor Erik Jarvis grew up in Marlton Lakes. He graduated from Cherokee High School and has attended Camden County College, Thomas Edison State College, and Philadelphia Biblical University. Erik was licensed by the Christian Missionary Alliance as a pastor in 2003 and completed the ordination process and was ordained as a Reverend in 2005.

FAC was meeting in Memorial School when Erik began attending as a teenager with his family in the mid-80s. His father became an Elder and later was the children’s pastor.

Erik joined the FAC staff in 2002. Before that, he worked full-time in Christian camping and was the Director of Programs at Haluwasa Christian Camp & Outdoor Center in Hammonton, NJ from 1990 to 2002.

Camp Haluwasa is where Erik met his wife, Joy. They have been married since 1994. Erik and Joy live in Medford, New Jersey.

I feel like God has placed a calling on my heart for full-time ministry. It has looked different through the years as I have been fortunate to serve in many capacities at FAC and other places, but have always clung to 1 Corinthians 9:22 where the Apostle Paul says, “I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.”
